COVID-19 Update

To Our Valued Guests and Patrons

As always, our top priority is cleanliness and safety for all who visit our property. In light of the COVID-19 Corona Virus, we would like to share with you what we are doing to ensure your safety, health, and comfort. On top of our thorough Fox Ridge cleaning standards, we have enhanced protocols with changing of air filters and hourly disinfecting and sanitizing of public spaces, high foot traffic areas, and communal spaces. We have provided hand sanitizer and sanitizing stations in all public areas of the resort and are posting signage for guests in public areas. Face masks will be required to be worn by all staff as well as guests entering public spaces, such as the main lobby.
When it comes to experiencing top attractions and fun things to do in North Conway, Fox Ridge Resort is the perfect base of operations. Our hotel is located on 35 scenic acres near popular local landmarks like Storyland, Santa’s Village, the Conway Scenic Railroad, and tax-free outlet shopping at Settlers Green Outlet Village. Outdoor adventurers are just a stone’s throw from some of the best canoeing, skiing, hiking, biking, golf, beautiful Mount Washington, and many other fantastic activities in the area. Due to CDC guidelines, there will be some changes within the resort amenities. We will be offering a nutritious “bagged to go” breakfast to all of our guests each morning. Our buffet breakfast and coffee station will not be available, we have several picnic tables for you to use when you order take out from one of the many local restaurants near our resort or bring a picnic lunch to enjoy. To protect our staff and guests rooms will not get daily stay over service, but we will provide any items to our guests to include towels, toiletries, pillows, etc. 

The seasonal outdoor pool (opens on May 28, 2021), indoor pool and Mini Golf are now open with limited capacity. The playground area will be closed, but we encourage guests to take advantage of our beautiful grounds and bring yard games to enjoy with your family during your stay, as Fox Ridge can’t provide any communal used items. Rest assured, when staying with us at The Fox Ridge Resort you are our top priority and we will remain dedicated to serving you.
